The Alpha Course At Stubbington Baptist Church we're going to run the Alpha course again, and we'd like to invite you to come along. It starts with an introductory session on Friday 10th September 2010. This will include a meal and an overview of the Alpha course. It would be helpful if you would Email or phone us on 01329-662602 to let us know you're coming, as all the sessions start with a meal, and we'd like to know how many to cater for. Please also phone if you'd like some more information. The Alpha Course is an introduction to Christianity, suitable for those who want to know what the Church believes about God, and for those who want to think again about the basic ideas of Christianity, or who want their faith refreshed. It's FREE to all who come. Alpha was created in the UK in 1993. Since then, 15 million people across the world have attended an Alpha course, including 2 million in 2009 alone.
